Over the past year, we’ve made major investments on our own product innovation to improve our customers’ product innovation. We launched AI Concept Creation Agents to help brands turn ideas into test-ready concepts in minutes. We brought AI Quick Reports to both our innovation and advertising suites, enabling insights and non-insights teams alike to decrease the time between analysis and action. We’ve even expanded professional services to help brands do more with their existing data.
Now, we’re doubling down in scaling our commercial team. Because we know that the value we create is only as powerful as our ability to deliver it.
That’s why I’m thrilled to welcome Mike D’Aloia as Zappi’s new Chief Revenue Officer. Mike is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience leading high-performing teams and driving revenue transformation in SaaS and insights. He’s held senior roles at Quid, Brandwatch, and Forrester—where he led the global transformation of its data analytics business, scaling it 3X.
From our very first conversation with Mike, it became abundantly clear that his experience, passion and leadership were the perfect fit for Zappi’s next phase of growth. Mike is a team builder at heart. His deep experience in coaching and leading high-performance commercial teams in the SaaS insights space will be invaluable as we aim to redefine how the world’s best brands market with consumers at the center.
In addition to Mike, we’re also thrilled to welcome two other exceptional leaders to Zappi’s commercial team:
Manjula Kandasamy joined us on May 5 as Vice President of Go-To-Market Operations, where she’ll focus on ensuring our teams are structured, enabled, and optimized to drive sustainable customer growth. Manjula brings deep marketing SaaS experience from Roku and dataxu, and she’s known for aligning sales, product, and customer success to deliver operational excellence and measurable impact.
Ian Myszenski, who joined earlier this year, is now leading as Vice President of Revenue Operations. She’s already been a game-changer—bringing sharp analytical thinking, systems strategy, and enablement experience from Pinterest and Google. Ian is laser-focused on making sure our commercial engine is fueled by the right data, tools, and insight to support smart, scalable decisions at every stage of the customer journey.
This group is setting the tone for Zappi’s next chapter: bold, structured growth with a shared belief that consumer insights should be connected, continuous and central to every decision. They're helping us move faster, focus sharper, and deliver smarter—all while making Zappi a more powerful partner to the brands we serve.
