We’ve got big news to share: Zappi just won the 2025 ASC/MRS Award for Best Technology Innovation. And yes—we’re feeling pretty proud.

This win hits different for us. Back in 2014, when we were still Intellection Software, we won the same award for building the world’s first agile market research platform. A decade later, we’re being recognized again—this time for something even bigger: building agentic AI that helps brand win with consumers.

Why this matters

Zappi was built to shake up a century-old industry. Traditional research was slow, fragmented, and frankly, frustrating. Researchers deserved better. Brands needed to move faster. And consumer expectations weren’t slowing down for anyone.
